Can I add a personalised message?

We can add any personalised message to the voucher, for example:

Happy birthday mum, you deserve a break.
Happy anniversary Anna and Jon, we hope you will love your treehouse adventure.
Wishing you nothing but a lifetime of love! Happy minimoon in Devon.
Merry Christmas Jon, I cannot wait to spend Christmas away with you.

What voucher amounts can I buy?

You can gift any amount from £100 towards their stay, just let us know how much you would like to add.

How do I pay for the voucher?

Once we know how much you would like the voucher for and what message should we add, we will send you a link to pay via bank transfer, online payment or PayPal by debit card, credit card.

How long are the vouchers valid for?

The vouchers are valid for 18 months from the purchase date to stay in any of our retreats. The gift vouchers are valid for up to 2 adults and 2 children and doggies can be added to any booking.

How does the voucher work?

Once we have all the details from you and we received the payment, we will send you or the recipient a PDF with the E-voucher or we can print it and post it. The voucher will have a discount code, so they can book any stay on our website and redeem the voucher towards their stay in any of the retreats.

What about adding additional extras?

Any optional extras such as private chef, flowers, luxury packages can be added to the voucher or the recipients can add them later at the time of booking.
